1. Message and Data Rates  
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited messaging or data plan. Wales Capital LP is not responsible for any such charges.

2. Message Frequency and Content  
- Messages are recurring and frequency may vary based on your interaction with us.  
- After opting in, you may receive approximately one message per week related to available rental properties or your application status.  
- If you choose not to proceed with a rental, you may unsubscribe at any time.  
- If you sign a lease, future SMS communication will be limited to important updates or questions related to the property you are renting.

3. Opt-Out Instructions  
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by doing one of the following:  
- Texting STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE in reply to any message  
- Emailing us at support@walescap.com  
- Calling or texting us at 334-352-8400  

After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message, and your number will be removed from our messaging list within 24 hours.
